Regarding the GOG installer version, should we include a small tutorial on how to check that? I'd assume most wouldn't know how to do that. -Vagabond 03:18, 28 March 2011 (CEST)

Well, that was my rationale for including a date. It probably would be appropriate to make such a tutorial, yeah. Would we be linking it from the infobox? --Damuna 03:20, 28 March 2011 (CEST)
Hmm, we could link installerversion to a special page on how to check the version. If we're really thorough, maybe we can include differences between each installer version on product pages. Not sure if all of that was documented by GOG, however. -Vagabond 03:24, 28 March 2011 (CEST)
Here's an image showing where to look for the installer version, for use on said instructions page (please modify as you see fit). Very few changes are announced by GOG, it seems a lot of the time the installers are just silently updated. --Maighstir 15:34, 2 April 2011 (CEST)
The right box does not display the Mac details correctly. a) if there is an mac installer then the md5 is missing. b) some games have different languages (e.g. Deponia mac is english only, win has additional languages). c) installer sizes/versions differ form the windows ones. --Alx 16:05, 10 April 2013 (CEST)
